JP: No, but I like listening to music really loudly so it gets us ready.ĭS: What's your favorite thing about playing field hockey? It was cool seeing players I used to play with on the other team and how well we worked together as a team to beat them.ĭS: What do you enjoy doing in your free time?ĭS: Do you have any pre-game rituals or anything that gets you pumped up before a game? JP: Probably Shawnee because we knew that was going to be a tough match and it was challenging. It depends on the teacher, but the teacher is cool so I like that.ĭS: Which team have you enjoyed facing off against the most? I have a different favorite subject each year. To think that we've already come this far, I can't wait to see what the rest of this season has for us. JP: We like to communicate more on the field and we're always looking up, getting ready so we know where to pass and where to be on the field.ĭS: How does it feel being a part of a team that has had a lot of success this season and could have more as the season goes along? We just call and we seem to know where we are.ĭS: You have double-digit points in your first season (15 goals, 16 assists). We work great together and we can see each other on the field. It's a lot more practicing so my body is sore.ĭS: You mentioned your sister, but who on the team has had the biggest influence on you? We got off to a great start and it's halfway over, but it's been so much fun.ĭS: With this being your first year at the high school level, how has the transition been for you? We'd always think about it and practice things when we were little, but now that it's really here it's crazy to think about.ĭS: How do you feel this season is going for you so far?
Of course, my sister is on the team so it's fun when we get to go with each other.ĭS: What's it like getting to play with your sister Jenna? JP: The connection I have with Iris Schuck. JP: I've been playing since I was in second grade.ĭS: What's been your favorite memory playing with Washington Township so far during your freshman season?
